Quality Control Engineer
Work with a Quality Control Manager to create and maintain quality control objectives, helping to coordinate them with production procedures, ensuring product reliability and cost minimization. The Quality Engineer will work with the Quality Team to assist on all phases of a project, beginning in pre-construction and ending with project close-out. During the pre-construction phase, the Quality Engineer will be involved in reviewing contract language and helping determine constructability. During the construction phase, the individual will work with a project team to track and measure quality data for performed work, help coordinate quality efforts with subcontractors, and be a resource for quality-related issues on-site. Additional responsibilities include assisting with inspections and walkthroughs for close-out and maintaining company policies related to quality.

Essential Functions

  • Ability to interact with all members of project team, subcontractors, field staff, client, etc.
  • Innovative mindset that can manage multiple priorities.
  • Self-motivated and collaborative.


Required Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
  • 1-3 years' experience in the construction field or in a related area.
  • Knowledge of construction concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Strong time management skills, able to work on multiple projects and tasks at once.
