Piedmont Transplant Institute is seeking a Quality Data Analyst-Coordinator to join one of the largest transplant programs in the nation.

In this role you will support the transplant program by managing and analyzing health data to enhance patient outcomes, streamline operations, and drive strategic decision-making.

The ideal candidate has a background in acute healthcare with experience in predictive analytics, and advanced skills in data extraction, transformation, and visualization using tools such as: SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Access, and Python.
This role is full-time, Monday-Friday during business hours (no weekends required), with potential for two remote workdays after training completion.

JOB PURPOSE:
The clinical analyst responsible for maintaining the integrity of clinical performance data. These functions include identifying, collecting, validating, analyzing and reporting of measurable data for performance improvement projects. This includes evaluating existing data collection and reporting tools and designing new tools or updating existing tools to support performance improvement projects. Requires extracting clinical and financial data using a variety of internal and external databases.

Qualifications:
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:
Associates degree required.
In lieu of degree, four (4) years of relevant work experience will be accepted in addition to the experience requirement.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Five (5) years of healthcare experience preferred

MINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW:
None.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Familiar with medical terminology, nursing process and performance improvement processes.
