Insight Global is looking for a quality improvement coordinator for one of their largest healthcare clients located in Southern California. This individual will be supporting 3-4 nurses grievances ques. They will be triaging and identifying which nurse the grievance will go to and assist with the initial investigation. They will be gathering medical records, performing follow up with physcians, and communicating with the appropriate teams to complete the grievance in a timely manor. This position will be 90% remote with occasional travel to the Ontario office. The schedule is M-F 8:00-4:30pm
