We are looking for a talented Quality Inspector to join our team for our location in Plainfield, IN.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

• Coach team members to identify defects and to correct them before passing to the next station.
• Effectively communicate with supervisors and managers to inform them of daily quality defects.
• Efficiently complete everyday coaching and documenting on the same day and NOT carry over to the next day.
• Demonstrate sense of urgency with all internal customers and any quality issues.
• Being a skilled position, candidate shall learn and demonstrate a high level of product knowledge including part numbers and product defects within 30 days

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

• High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
• This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
• Minimal or no work experience required.
• Strong attention to detail very strongly preferred.
• Ability to learn and understand part numbers in English and identify differences and defects preferred.
• 2nd Shift: M-F, 4 PM - 2:30 AM
• Pay starting at $20.50/HR $1/HR Shift Differential

Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
