Miller Brother Staffing Solutions is seeking reliable candidates for a Quality Inspection position. These are 3rd shift positions with a starting pay rate of $15/hour.

Quality Inspection
Shift: 1st 7am-3:30pm Monday through Friday
Pay Rate: $15/hour
Screening Process: resume submittal and interview with the company

***Candidate must pass a drug screen and be open to a criminal background check***

Duties
  • Follow work order
  • Interprets engineering drawings, schematics diagrams, or formulas and confer with management or engineering staff to determine quality and reliability standards
  • Use of precision measuring devices to ensure product is meeting the required specifications
  • Measuring devices include micrometers, calipers, polyworks software, various gauges, and CMM
  • First article, in-process, and final inspection
  • Remove products that do not meet the desired specifications and complete the appropriate documentation
  • Report recurrent issues with leadership/supervisor to troubleshoot and adjust production set-up
  • Track inspection data on the appropriate spreadsheets and document the information accurately
  • Data entry-use of Microsoft Office
  • Complete internal audits to improve process and procedures for production
  • Work as part of a team
  • Complete other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Preferred Skills
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Great working with hands-good hand dexterity
  • Pervious hands-on work experience on the resume
