Quality Control Technician (Manufacturing QA / Medical Technology)
Job Responsibilities

As a Quality Control Technician, you will be responsible for performing product release testing and stability testing, as well as running tests on raw materials, in-process materials, and finished goods.

Additional responsibilities of the Quality Control Technician include:

  • Ensuring samples are within the specs of batch records
  • Performing testing pH levels, viscosity, color, etc.
  • Performing analytical and wet chemistry

Quality Control Technician (Manufacturing QA / Medical Technology)

Requirements Successful candidates for the Quality Control Technician should have a familiarity with GMPs and SOPs. Someone with knowledge of micro-testing and chemistry, including Spirometry, and UV-VIS would be a good fit for this manufacturing QA role.

Additional requirements of the Quality Control Technician include:

  • Associate's degree or extensive college coursework in a Life-Science-related field
  • Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry or Biology, preferred
  • Strong knowledge of laboratory instruments and testing procedures
  • A good work ethic and the ability to handle diverse situations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently with little/no supervision
  • Ability to understand and adhere to facility rules/standards
  • Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
