Phillips-Medisize a Molex company, is looking for a Quality Lead to help support our manufacturing efforts at our New Richmond, WI facility.
Shift: 12 Hour Rotating Nights, 5pm - 5am + 14% shift differential

What You Will Do
- Lead and provide guidance to the Quality Technician team
- Function as the main point of contact for quality-related issues arising on the production floor
- Oversee critical quality processes such as quality notifications, batch record assessments, backup label preparation, and managing non-conformance problems
- Aid quality systems by gathering and supplying information to internal stakeholders, ensuring that quality system documentation is current and aligns with GMP standards
- Support quality during audits and site visits
- Collaborate within a team to fulfill additional quality-related tasks as delegated
- Conduct monthly environmental monitoring
- Conduct training sessions for new hires
- Coordinate floor schedules
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- 2+ years of quality experience
- Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship
What Will Put You Ahead
- Experience using SAP/ERP system
- Measurement experience using Calipers, Micrometers, CMM or Visions Systems
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment
