Position Summary

The quality patient safety & experience coordinator is responsible for controlling quality in the organization by ensuring that all workers comply with the quality standards & ensuring that quality training programs are provided for new workers who have joined the organization.

Reports to: Director Quality & PSO

Responsibilities of the Position

Monitoring processes utilized within the organization to ensure quality requirements are met.

Recommend ways of improving on production procedures for increased efficiency and output quality control.

Coordinate between different departments on all quality related matters.

Documenting of processes related to quality management and standardization.

Ensures that all quality information is disseminated effectively using appropriate and adequate means: reports, internal presentations, meetings with customer representatives, etc., according to the customer's needs at work

Provides feedback to the appropriate design departments and customers on quality information that requires immediate actions

Ensures ongoing quality of products and services through continuous improvement and processes.

Other tasks and duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required Education

High School Diploma or GED is required.

Bachelor's Degree is preferred.

Strong interpersonal & communication skills
