As the Quality Supervisor, you will collaborate with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Engineering to develop and enhance the Quality Management System (QMS) for 75k-85k. Your key responsibilities include leading ISO 9001 certification, resolving supplier quality issues, and ensuring all quality systems are documented and effective. You will reestablish a quality focus with the Quality Inspection team, interface between design and manufacturing for testing needs, and lead efforts to define and improve the QMS. Additionally, you will develop QMS procedures, conduct audits, monitor returned goods, apply the 8D process for problem-solving, and implement tools for QMS data automation. You will also support Lean initiatives, oversee vendor qualification, and assist engineering in interpreting UL or IEC requirements, ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5 years of Quality Control experience
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related science
- Deep understanding of ISO 9001, IEC, UL Regulations and audit-facing experience
- Strong in failure analysis, test method validation, engineering tolerances, and statistics
- Expert with tools such as 8D and pFMEA
- Familiarity with fishbones, Check Sheets, Control Charts, Histograms, Pareto Charts, Scatter Diagrams, dFMEA, reviews of Designs, and reviews of Processes
- Excellent knowledge of statistical software, MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Strong leadership skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience in an electronic manufacturing industry preferred
- Some Lean or Six Sigma Training preferred
- ASQ Certified Quality Engineer
