A pharmaceutical client is looking for a Quality Training Specialist to join their team. This person will be responsible for assisting with QCs training program, which includes assessing, developing and recommending GMP training materials including PowerPoints, Word Documents, and related visual aids to meet training needs. .
- Partnering with area management to develop and maintain training curricula
- Creating and retaining training records.
- Assist with development, implementation, and maintenance of the site training system and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal quality standards.
- Collaborate with Area Supervisors and Managers (ASMs)/eSystem Owner to create, maintain, and assign curricula with the Learning Management System.
- Responsible for requesting module and course creations in the Learning Management system.
- Review SOPs to determine the appropriate training requirements.
- Review and approve training materials related to site SOPs Collaborate with ASMs to perform Annual Curriculum Review for specific areas.
