Our Award Winning Client is seeking a Radiology Technologist to join their dynamic team. With numerous accolades and a national presence, our client is at the forefront of healthcare innovation.

Must-Haves:
  1. Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology.
  2. Certification in Basic or Advanced Life Support, required.
  3. Current license or temporary license by the State Medical Board, required.
  4. Registered Radiology Technologist by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT-R), required.
  5. Minimum 1 year of experience in a Cath Lab setting.

Job Description:

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Education: Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology.
  • Licenses/Certifications:
    • Certified in Basic or Advanced Life Support.
    • Current state license or temporary license, required.
    • Registered Radiology Technologist by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT-R).
  • Experience/Knowledge/Skills:
    • Proficiency in special/invasive radiology procedures.
    • Ability to maintain compliance with radiation safety procedures.
    • Strong technical skills in imaging techniques.

Principal Accountabilities:
  1. Prepare patients for exams and perform special/invasive radiology procedures ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
  2. Administer contrast when necessary and ensure technical quality of images.
  3. Enter and monitor patient data accurately.
  4. Perform quality assurance on radiology equipment and assist with accreditation applications.
  5. Identify and report accidents, complaints, or equipment malfunctions promptly.
  6. Take emergency calls within the department and ensure safe patient care.
  7. Adhere to all policies, procedures, and standards while promoting professional growth and development.
  8. Create compassionate and personalized experiences for patients and colleagues.
  9. Mentor and support less experienced staff members.

Other duties as assigned.
