Jamaica Hospital Medical Center a member of the Medisys Network is a 404 bed fully accredited community-based teaching hospital and Level I Trauma and Stroke Center. We provide general medical, pediatric, and psychiatric emergency services, ambulatory care on and off-campus, ambulatory surgery, and a broad spectrum of diagnostic and treatment services.

Our Radiology Department offers a wide variety of state-of-the-art diagnostic and specialty services including ultrasound, mammography, MRI, diagnostic radiology, fluoroscopic procedures, and much more. We are recognized as a premier provider of clinical imaging and our goal is to offer the best diagnostic medical imaging for a variety of health conditions.

We are currently seeking experienced Radiologic Technologists for immediate F/T and P/T opportunities.

SPECIFIC DUTIES WILL INCLUDE.

• Assisting physicians and radiologist in performing various x-rayprocedures.
• Preparing and positioning patients for procedures
• Operating MRI scanners and equipment to produce quality images for diagnostic purposes.
• Identifying and explaining procedures to patient.
• Accurately completing and documenting patient studies.

Requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

• CPR Certified
• Minimum of 2-5 years experience preferred.
• Current NYS RT certification.

SALARY

$40.37hrly- $46.45 hrly
