The Enterprise Imaging Systems (EIS) Analyst I is primarily responsible for supporting the design and build of the designated application. They are primarily responsible for the overall build of the workflows, system configurations, change documentation and support of operations for the application. They are self-starters and will work with Application resources and Manager. The EIS Analyst is responsible for the installation, upgrades and the configuration of the application. The EIS Analyst assists in the coordination of end-user support activities. The EIS Analyst creates the test scripts for the application, executes the test scripts, and documents all test outcomes, including troubleshooting and support these activities apply to implementation, upgrade, and maintenance initiatives. The EIS Analyst is responsible for addressing basic user or build issues, recommending mitigation plans and escalating more complex issues. The EIS Analyst also provides on-call support for the application through go-live and beyond.

EIS Applications including but not limited to Change Healthcare PACS, VNA, Workflow Intelligence and Enterprise Viewer, PowerScribeOne, PowerScribe360, TeraRecon, Philips Portal, DynaCad, Segami, GE ViewPoint, DoseMonitoring, Virtual Desktop Integration, others.

Required Skills & Experience

2+ years Radiology Systems Administration Experience
Strong familiarity with PowerScribe One system.
Knowledge of the Change Healthcare Suite (PACS,
Experience Participating in application upgrades, including writing new test scripts as needed, conducting testing, working with end u on newly added (or modified) functionality, and supporting the upgrade's migration into PROD.
Experience Troubleshooting system and application problems, including hardware and software issues as needed.
