Job Description:
As an Anesthesia Provider, you will be responsible for ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout various medical procedures. Your key responsibilities include:


Key Responsibilities:

• Administering Anesthesia:
Provide anesthesia to patients either before or during procedures, ensuring proper sedation and pain management.

• Monitoring Vital Signs:
Monitor patients’ vital signs during procedures and report any changes to the physician or other staff members.

• Preparing Patients:
Prepare patients for procedures by:

• Explaining the procedure to them.
• Physically preparing them (e.g., shaving a patient’s head or administering sedatives).
• Setting up any necessary equipment.

• Equipment Management:
Prepare and arrange equipment for procedures such as MRI scans and X-rays, ensuring that all equipment is functioning properly before and after each procedure.

• Diagnostic Imaging Preparation:
Prepare patients for diagnostic imaging studies (e.g., MRI scans and CT scans) by assisting them in disrobing and positioning them on the table or equipment.

• Interventional Procedure Preparation:
Prepare patients for interventional procedures such as angiography or biopsies by inserting catheters into blood vessels or other body cavities.

• Performing Interventional Procedures:
Carry out interventional procedures, including biopsies or therapeutic interventions (e.g., stent placements or angioplasty) to treat blood vessel blockages.

• Assisting Physicians:
Help physicians during procedures by:

• Holding retractors.
• Suctioning blood.
• Applying drapes.
• Removing specimens.

• Image Analysis:
Perform image analysis and report test results to physicians, ensuring accurate and timely communication for patient care.
