All previous perm employees of ANY Providence affiliated facility must be separated from the health system for a min of 3 months to qualify for a travel position. Will accept first time travelers (w/ 2 yr exp) ON CALL REQUIRED: as needed to meet unit needsFLOAT REQUIRED: as needed to meet unit needsFri/Sat/Sun 3x12's 9a-9p xray dept. Shimadzu portables and Siemens fluoro equipment. Sat/Sun is mainly ED and Inpt with occasional swallow studies for stroke patients. SKILLSWork Setting Experience- Outpatient, Inpatient, ER, Adult ICU REQUIRED)- Operating Room (PREFERRED) General Skills Experience- PACS, Portables (REQUIRED)- C-ArmX-ray Procedure Experience- Extremities, Abdomen/GI, Spine/Pelvis, Head, Chest/ Thorax, Musculoskeletal, Lower Extremities Upper Extremities (REQUIRED)- Fluoroscopy Studies, Enema Studies, Surgery/C-Arm (PREFERRED) Documentation: EPIC (REQUIRED) Certifications/Licenses: BLS, ARRT, WA LIC (REQUIRED) Scrubs: any colorAll units that have on- call requirements require a 30-minute response time. It is outlined as a standard requirement in the unit description. All Swedish facilities with units that necessitate on-call coverage have a response time of 30 min from when the traveler is called in.
