The Radiology Systems Manager is responsible for the management of the Radiology service line systems. Manages the system planning, implementations, enhancements and on-going support for the Radiology service line systems through collaboration with the Radiology staff, vendors and IT. Works closely with the IT team and Radiology staff to understand departmental workflow, provides end user training and operational system processing. Acts as a liaison with other institutional departmental managers to ensure that there is an understanding of the Radiology needs with other departmental and hospital wide systems. The Radiology systems include, but are not limited to, modalities, information systems and the interfaces among all the systems/machines.

Education
Bachelors Degree : in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare or related field (Required)
Masters Degree : Computer Science or Healthcare (Preferred)
Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

Experience
2 Years experience in Systems Implementation and Data Management (Required)
5 Years experience with radiology information systems applications (Required)
General Experience and knowledge of radiology exams, operations and scheduling flow. (Required)
