Description

Responsible for analyzing, interpreting, testing, coordinating, and implementing new or enhanced business intelligence processes. This role will also manage the creation of deliverables and communicate/present findings and requirements to a large range of stakeholders. Provides support to Data Warehouse and non-Data Warehouse BI systems, with guidance from Supervisor or Team Lead. Works closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them to business needs while identifying project objectives, scope, dependencies, and risks. Develop and generate standard and ad-hoc reports from new and existing data sources. Will be responsible for Corporate Business Office Revenue Cycle Systems, Database Reconciliations, Maintenance, Research and Evaluation. Execute, modify and validate SQL reports using multiple reporting software to identify process improvements in an effort to optimize recovery efforts. Promote tactical and strategic net revenue cycle initiatives. Estimated salary range for this position is $79155.42 - $102902.05 / year depending on experience.

Must have excellent analytical, oral and written communication skills.
Knowledge of relational database management, Data Warehouse Architecture, and BI tools are a must.
Experience in at least two of the following areas are essential: create reports and report templates; design, code, extract, manipulate, & load into a data model/data warehouse; troubleshoot BI tool problems and tune for performance; analyze & validate data; document all new or modified BI systems; build reconciliation processes as needed.
Comprehension using Crystal report writer and SQL management studio.
Experience creating formulas and grouping strategies using multiple reporting software. Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
Superior organizational skills, integrity, and great follow-through on tasks.
Strong work-ethic, self-motivated and flexible in a fast-paced environment.
In-depth knowledge of the industry and multiple business functional areas.
Minimum Required Experience: 2 yearsDegrees: Associates degree in Business Administration/Computer Science.
