The Manager of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Integrations plays a crucial role in providing strategic and tactical leadership for the successful integration of new organic and acquisition groups joining Gastro Health. This position requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual capable of leading complex integration projects, performing due diligence assessments, and ensuring effective onboarding and training of revenue cycle teams.

Responsibilities and Duties:
• Plan, organize, and execute successful RCM integrations for new organic and acquisition groups joining Gastro Health.
• Ensure an effective onboarding process and seamless hand-off to RCM operations teams, maintaining continuity of revenue cycle operations.
• Develop and manage team goals, project schedules, and communication channels to facilitate collaboration and timely execution of integration activities.
• Integrate new practices related to revenue cycle functions, including billing, coding, and collections, while maintaining written standard operating procedures.
• Lead the configuration of revenue cycle management systems, ensuring alignment with organizational requirements and best practices.
• Support practice integration projects focused on developing consistent processes, reporting mechanisms, and strategic initiatives to optimize revenue cycle performance.
• Perform quality control on practice conversion and integration projects throughout development and implementation to maintain high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
• Develop and maintain quality training programs, materials, and standard operating procedures to ensure staff competency and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Identify and supervise resources, establish project objectives, schedules, milestones, and standards for RCM integrations to achieve desired outcomes.
• Identify technical obstacles and manage complex troubleshooting efforts within the team, translating business needs into technical solutions to ensure successful integrations.
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
