We are looking for a collaborative and results-orientated Project Leader to join our team within the Research Development & Innovation (RD&I) function. You will be working in an exciting high-visibility role which involves collaborative interaction with management, external customers, manufacturing, quality, marketing, finance, sales, service, design engineering, materials engineering, and regulatory affairs. The primary responsibility is to deliver new product development projects from scoping through implementation following a stage gate methodology.

• Resource estimation
• Product cost development and management
• Budget development and management
• Risk and Opportunity identification and management
• Coordinate and lead internal cross functional meetings
• Metric and status reporting
• Monitor and help project team members to meet commitments
• Understand technology

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering-related discipline
• 10+ years total engineering development and/or project management experience
• Demonstrated project management experience with ability to lead projects of varying scope and complexity
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to create and sustain an environment that promotes good communications
• Ability to convey subtle or complex messages clearly, as appropriate for the topic and audience
• Demonstrated organization skills
• Ability to manage conflicts and drive towards win-win solutions
• Ability to multi-task and be flexible in a challenging and fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated and able to work with little supervision, consistently taking the initiative to get things done, doing things before being asked by others or forced to by events

In 2024, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
