Responsibilities:
- Handling general commercial real estate matters with an emphasis on transactional work
- Conducting legal research and providing sound advice to clients
- Drafting legal documents, contracts and agreements
- Representing clients in negotiations and other legal proceedings
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients

Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in general commercial real estate with a focus on transactional work
- Active Florida Bar
- Strong academic credentials from an accredited law school
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
