On Call Counsel is seeking experienced Real Estate Paralegals to join a top firm in Brooklyn, NY!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist attorneys with the preparation and review of real estate documents, including purchase agreements, leases, and closing documents.
  • Conduct title searches and review title reports, identifying and resolving any issues.
  • Coordinate and manage real estate closings, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Perform due diligence, including reviewing surveys, zoning reports, and environmental assessments.
  • Communicate with clients, real estate agents, lenders, and other parties to facilitate smooth transactions.
  • Prepare and file legal documents with appropriate governmental bodies.
  • Maintain and organize real estate files, ensuring all documents are properly filed and easily accessible.
  • Monitor critical dates and deadlines to ensure compliance with all contractual and legal requirements.

Qualifications:
  • Real Estate paralegal experience.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
