Position: Network Real Estate Administrator
Location: Remote
30 Month Contract


Duties:
  • Execute strategies for daily administration, network operation, and compliance of Network Real Estate functions.
  • Support project initiatives and executive reporting as needed.
  • Maintain high performance under varying degrees of pressure and uncertainty.
  • Manage and coordinate network projects (e.g., Jeopardy leasing, FAS 13 termination, Lease Renewals, MLA administration, DAS/Small Cell Initiatives, Rent Reduction initiatives, Cell Site Dismantlement, Inbound Collocation, Vendor Contract Management and Relations).
  • Provide project support for special initiatives, including administrative functions, processing purchase orders, and updating databases.
  • Administer real estate agreements (e.g., Amendments, Supplements, Proforma Leases, Non-Standard Leases, Acquisitions), process payments, and ensure data integrity in corporate databases.
  • Handle critical and non-critical property matters (e.g., invoices, Aging, CAM, direct deposit/EFT, change of ownership, address changes) with urgency and accuracy.
  • Review payment terms to ensure continuity of rent obligations and avoid expiration of critical sites.
  • Prioritize and troubleshoot inquiries from lessors via the 800 Hotline, email, and mail, resolving issues within applicable timelines.
  • Resolve tax-related issues in collaboration with taxing authorities, landlords, regional/area real estate teams, and outside counsel.
  • Reconcile tower company accounts to minimize payment delays and discrepancies.
  • Balance competing priorities while maintaining focus on time-sensitive Real Estate items.
Qualifications:
  • BA/BS Degree preferred or relevant work experience.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong financial background; experience in account reconciliation.
  • Real estate background in areas such as commercial leasing/acquisition, property management, site acquisition consulting, land use entitlements, or legal experience related to real estate.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work quickly, accurately, and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent verbal, financial, and written communication skills.
Required Shift:
  • Monday-Friday, 8 am - 5 pm
