Our client, a prestigious AmLaw 200 national law firm, is seeking a highly qualified and motivated Associate with real property litigation experience to join their team in Tampa, Florida. The successful candidate will possess excellent client service skills and a strong motivation to excel in a fast-paced environment alongside a team of high-performing attorneys and legal professionals.

Candidate Profile:

• JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
• Active Florida bar license.
• Experience in real property litigation, with a focus on title to real property in Florida, title insurance, and the real estate industry.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with the capacity to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• A strong drive to deliver exceptional client service and a commitment to practicing in the area of real property law.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and litigate real property cases, including those involving title insurance, land development, and lender disputes.
• Provide strategic legal counsel to clients, including title insurers, land developers, and lenders, on complex real property matters.
• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs, with a focus on accuracy and thoroughness.
• Collaborate with colleagues and clients to develop case strategies and ensure the highest standards of client service.
