- Post-secondary training in related field preferred
- Previous secretarial experience preferred
JOB GOAL: Performs secretarial duties
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Prepares correspondence, letters, memoranda, reports, statements, and other necessary material from data, copies, or rough drafts
- Keeps pertinent records, and prepares bulletins, letters, reports, and requisitions
- Maintains supplies and materials for assigned area
- Maintains daily attendance records on employees in assigned area
- Receives, examines, and routes incoming mail and correspondence
- Maintains files and other material to facilitate prompt access and replies
- Maintains accounting records
- Performs other related duties assigned by supervisor
