We seek a highly motivated Recruiter to join a collaborative Early Career team that attracts and hires diverse, early career talent across Koch companies. Early Career talent programs are an essential source of talent at Koch with more than 800 early career hires recruited on average annually. This role offers limitless possibilities as it supports hiring across all Koch companies (Koch Industries, Molex, Guardian Industries, Georgia-Pacific, INVISTA, etc.). A candidate should be an innovative talent eager to enhance recruiting strategies, develop trusted relationships and share the employee experience with external audiences.

This role would be in Wichita, KS providing onsite support as needed with flexibility to work from home.

Our Team

This role sits within the Early Career recruiting team and will support our Koch Resource Companies and Koch Engineered Solutions.

What You Will Do

  • Utilize a Deep Understanding of IT Skills: Gain insight into the core technical skills essential for early career talent in the dynamic IT landscape.
  • Perform Strategic Talent Acquisition: Develop a targeted strategy to identify and engage diverse IT talent through both traditional and innovative recruitment channels.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Provide strategic guidance on recruitment practices to key stakeholders to align talent acquisition with business objectives.
  • Collaborate on Needs: Work closely with IT hiring managers to define role requirements and expected qualifications for open positions.
  • Sourcing: Utilize multiple channels to locate and attract prospective candidates.
  • External Partner Engagement: Forge meaningful relationships with external partners to effectively convey the employer value proposition, positioning Koch as a top choice for IT professionals.
  • Local Presence: Establish a robust presence and collaboration with Wichita-based IT business partners and early career hires.


Who You Are (Basi c Qualifications)
  • Experience being a thought partner and building trusting relationships with stakeholders
  • Experience developing recruitment strategies of new hires and/or customers (i.e. recruiting role, sales, etc.)
  • Ability to identify strong talent given the challenges and requirements of sourcing and hiring IT professionals
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
