Job Description:

Recruiter needs 4 years of professional work experience in a corporate environment. 3 years' experience in Human Resources required.

Recruiter requires:

• Experience working in a high-volume recruitment environment with full life cycle recruitment. -
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to come on-site during the training period.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required
• Equivalent experience is defined as 4 years of professional work experience in a corporate environment.
• 3 years' experience in Human Resources required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

Recruiter duties:

• Assist in the development of recruiting processes and practices that support the goals and direction of the Human Resources Department.
• Research and source candidates through advanced search techniques
• Generate recruitment reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing recruiting data and trends
