Elevate Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a Recruiter/Staffing Coordinator to join our team. Qualified individuals will also be certified medication aide.

What you will do:

The Recruiter/Staffing Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the implementation of a stimulating recruitment program focusing on the hiring process, to include impeccable customer service, orientation, and follow-up on progress. This position also requires scheduling of frontline nursing staff (RN, LPN, CMA, CNA) Must be able to be flexible with working hours to accommodate evening and weekend needs. Must be able use Microsoft products to include Word, Excel and Outlook. You will:
  • Develop, organize, and implement a program of recruitment, focused on hiring the "RIGHT" people for the job!
  • Coordinate and verify that floor staff are present and clocked in timely.
  • Create, maintain and provide a 6-8-week schedule to all frontline staff.
  • Create an ongoing monitoring of employee progress, weaknesses and strengths, as well as strategic planning based on those identified strengths/weaknesses.
  • Consistently maintain standards for scheduling and documentation established by policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Solicit the involvement of the leadership team and front-line staff to RECRUIT and RETAIN the best employees!

What you need:
  • High school diploma or GED required or equivalent related work experience.
  • Medication aide/CNA certification current
  • Six (6) months to one (1) year experience or related experience
  • Knowledge of the aging process and skilled nursing regulations.
  • Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Excellent creative and communication skills.
  • Skill at working with individuals who have cognitive, physical or sensory disabilities.
  • Practical knowledge of functions in a nursing facility.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with high level of energy and enthusiasm.
