Recruiting Administrative Assistant
Onsite in Charlotte, NC 28262

Provide recruiting support to a Talent Acquisition Manager and team.
Support recruiting team in scheduling interviews, maintaining social media and career sites, manage logistics for university, career and diversity events.
Executes special or continuous research-type work and data analysis tasks.
Analyzes problems, determines approach, compiles, and analyzes available data and makes recommendations.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the Workday database to assist in data tracking of HR activities
- Track and follow up on various actions items to ensure schedules and due dates are met.
- Coordinate calendars to manage priorities and avoid conflicts.
- Make candidate travel arrangements.
- Order materials and equipment for recruiting events
- Schedule and coordinate staffing for campus and other recruiting events
- Develop and maintain file systems to include executive referrals and candidate pipelines
- Track financial (and budget) information for various budget categories.
- Assist in the creation/implementation of processes to support the organization
- Coordinate campus activities and staffing for related events
- Maintain database to track results of campus activities and pull-through ratios for interviews, hiring, etc.
- Assist in preparing offer recommendations
- Oversee compliance for background checks
- Support the process for access to Confidential Unclassified Information
- Work on searches and research tasks to support Talent Acquisition Manager
- Other responsibilities as assigned.

Education and Experience
- Minimum of 5-years' experience in Human Resource, Recruiting or Administrative Roles
- BS in Business or related discipline

Skills and Attributes
- Excellent computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office, WIN 95 or MAC Excel, PowerPoint and other specialized computer programs used by the client
- A working proficiency with Workday, SAP and other specialized business applications is a plus.
- Internet-savvy to navigate Internet in searching to timely and relevant information as necessary.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet short deadlines, while supporting multiple staffs.
- Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Open flexible approach to work with environment and job responsibilities.
- Strong cooperative teaming attitude is a must.
- Must be able to work effectively with all levels of internal and external customers.
