About the Team:
The AMS Early Career team plays an integral role in connecting the business with university students globally. We are responsible for providing a best-in-class experience to students showcasing TikTok's people, culture & technology through events and programs to attract and recruit high-potential students.

The AMS Early Career team is now looking for an individual to support Campus Recruitment in the United States. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will collaborate with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to support our hiring efforts as we grow our organization. You will also serve as an advocate for our company by providing high-quality and welcoming interview experiences to each candidate.

This role is a 6-month temporary assignment payrolled through Intellipro. Office locations include Los Angeles, San Jose and Seattle.

Responsibilities
1. Own interview scheduling process and communicate logistics to both candidates and hiring teams.
2. Manage candidate reimbursement process.
3. Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to improve on recruiting process and efficiency.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
1. Bachelor's Degree is required.
2. 1-3 years of equivalent coordination experience in a high volume environment (preferred search firm or in-house recruiting environment).
3. Ability to contribute in a fast-paced work environment with ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks.
4. Great verbal and written communication skill, interpersonal skills and strong organizational skills (attention to details).

1. Experience with research/sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, other social media, or technical forums is a huge plus.
