As a member of the Global HR4HR team, your role has a profound impact on a mission-critical aspect of the organization's development. Your work in HR4HR will leave a deep and lasting footprint as you help build a best-in-class HR function for the world's next elite Internet company.

As a Campus recruit, you will have the opportunity to rotate in multiple HR areas within the HR4HR team, including Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partner, and HR Project team (HR Center of Expertise). Through this rotation program, you will gain a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of human resources management and lay a solid foundation for future professional development in human resources.

Talent Acquisition
- Identify and contact top talents through various recruitment channels, understand business needs and judge their business compatibility, and participate in important stages of the recruitment process from talent attraction to talent introduction
- Obtain market intelligence through research, mapping, and other methods to understand talent market dynamics and industry benchmark practices. Produce industry research reports, provide more organization building intelligence, and help the business maintain long-term market sustainability;
- Participate in recruitment operation projects, including data collection and analysis, recruitment process review and diagnosis, driving operational improvements to make the recruitment process more smooth and efficient.

HR Business Partner
- Have an understanding of business conditions and team operations, understand business strategies and promote the effective implementation of human resources strategies in business departments
- Design personnel growth paths and personnel training plans based on the situation of the business team, effectively formulate and implement talent development plans and follow up on implementation;
- Based on business development needs, apply professional theories, methods, and tools to provide business teams with comprehensive human resources solutions, including but not limited to recruitment, training, performance, employee relations, etc.;
- Establish effective and diversified communication channels within the team to ensure the smooth flow of information in the organization and promote the construction of corporate culture and employee engagement.
HR Project Team
- Participate in supporting the formulation and optimization of various human resources processes
- Cooperate with the corporate HR Center of Expertise (COE) and business department HRBP team to support and promote key company-level projects in accordance with the company's policies and concepts, and cultural principles, including but not limited to workforce planning, annual performance evaluation, and learning and development, and so on.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Obtain a bachelor's degree or above in 2025

Preferred Qualifications
- A degree in Human Resources, I/O Psychology, or Industrial Relations is preferred. A related degree in Business Management or similar topics will be accepted, provided the applicant has completed HR prerequisites, with additional HR electives viewed as a plus.
- Enthusiasm for HR-related work and a desire to grow oneself in HR practice as a long-term career plan.
- Logical thinking and excellent communication skills.
- Self-reflection ability, strong personal drive and insistence on high standards, plus innovative thinking and sound judgment.
- Other desirable traits include optimism in the face of challenges, down-to-earth and pragmatic, and a high-degree of pressure resistance.
