Type of Hire: temp to Hire/ The open enrollment season ends in March. They pay $.50/hr more once converted.

Start Dates: Sept 23 then new class every week

Training: 3 weeks. classroom learning, then move to shadowing mentor

Training Schedule: Mon-Friday 8:30AM to 5:00PM

Location: on-site Louisville, KY 10299

Post- Training Schedule: Monday thru Friday

8:00AM - 4:30PM

8:30AM - 5:00PM

9:00AM - 5:30PM

9:30AM - 6:00PM

10:00AM - 6:30PM

11:30AM - 8:00PM

Transportation: must have good transportation to the job, and there is no bus line to this location

Dress Code: Casual

Building/Amenities: New building, 50% capacity, vending machines, coffee/tea stations, breakroom, outdoor covered area

Overview

The Re-Enrollment Advocate supports the annual enrollment process for patients accessing coverage for their prescribed medications through inbound and outbound telephone support, as well as administrative functions.

Responsibilities
  • Review and process patients' enrollment forms to the Patient Assistance Program (PAP)
  • Assist patients on the phone with PAP program enrollment by verifying the pre-screening and qualifying tasks.
  • Notify patients and healthcare providers of approvals, denials, and any next steps needed to continue the enrollment process
  • Schedule treatments to be sent to the patient or patient's healthcare provider
  • Support inbound and outbound phone lines for the PAP program
  • Communicate daily with patient/authorized representative on eligibility based on PAP criteria and healthcare providers to manage expectations.
  • Contact patient/authorized representative to determine supplementary information needed to enroll into the manufacturer's PAP program.
  • Explain the PAP program and services to patients, authorized representatives, healthcare providers and physician's office staff.
  • Report adverse events/product complaint inquires


Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Medical insurance work experience.
  • 6 months of high volume call center experience
  • Must be comfortable with high volumes of calls as they will be taking 70-100 calls a day, and must multi-task while on the calls (type in call notes)
  • Able to work onsite 100% of time
  • NO time missed from work first 30-days - then after attendance is still critical
  • Tech savvy
