Referral Coordinator (DTLA)

A full-service medical group is currently seeking a dynamic bilingual Medical Referral Coordinator to support the front office of a busy clinic.

The Medical Referral Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring seamless patient experiences by managing the check-in and check-out processes, as well as handling medical referral requests for HMO patients.

Pay Rate: $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
Shift: Monday - Friday / 8:00AM - 5:00PM
Location: Los Angeles, CA

Referral Coordinator Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Medical Referral Coordinator
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
• Proficiency in NextGen EMR or similar electronic medical records systems
• Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail
