•Must have computer knowledge.
•Assist Patients scheduling specialty appointments.
•Obtain insurance authorization for procedures
•Obtain office notes from referred providers. Follows patient throughout referral process.

Requirements/Skills •High School Diploma required
•One year experience on office setting or hospital setting.
•Experience with billing and insurance (preferred)
•Medical Terminology knowledge
•Bilingual (preferred)
