The Region Fleet Services Specialist plays a critical role in optimizing fleet performance/maintenance and cost efficiency. This position involves collaborating with various teams to manage tire estimates, repair approvals, data analysis, and equipment optimization. They would ensure compliance with purchase orders, monitors fleet performance using telematics systems, and assists with warranty recovery. Additionally, they handle equipment moves and contribute to overall cost-saving measures. This is a new role that has been introduced to provide pivotal operational-administrative support to Region Fleet Managers (RFMs). This position plays a crucial role in facilitating annual cost savings within the first year by enhancing PM quality, providing guidance to Site Managers, optimizing fleet operations at the site level, negotiating with local vendors, and improving parts cost management.

In summary, the Region Fleet Services Specialist will be responsible for:

Reviews and approves tire estimates and repair requests.
Collaborates with different groups in the organization for data analysis.
Optimizes fleet operations and utilization.
Monitors fleet performance using telematics systems.
Assists with recalls, purchase order compliance, and warranty recovery.
Coordinates equipment moves within the fleet

Required Skills & Experience

Must-Have Qualifications:

Experience managing an email inbox
Some sort of fleet maintenance experience (not logistics this is more of fleet equipment and maintenance, not freight getting from point a to point b)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, data analysis and reporting tools.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Familiarity with telematics systems, fleet management software, and related technologies.
Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external vendors.
