We are looking to add a detail-oriented and motivated Regional Business Office Consultant to join our team! This position will oversee 5 long-term care nursing facilities in Butler, Mercer, Lawrence, and Allegheny County. This is not a remote position.

As the Regional Business Office Consultant, you will direct the overall Business Office activities in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations, and as directed by the Administrator, to assure the proper administrative procedures are maintained.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee 5 Long Term Care facilities

• Maintain resident trust accounts
• Assist Patients with Medicaid Applications
• Maintain current status for all patient account balances
• Attend Aging Reviews

Educational and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in business office operations, is required.
• 3 years of long-term healthcare experience required.

• Experience in the Medicaid application processes
