How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

Airgas is looking for a Regional Floater with an active CDL B with both Hazmat and Tanker Endorsements Pay: $28 per hour

Day shift, Night shift and weekend availability is required as needed to cover colleagues/business shift needs.

When not traveling, you will be assigned a local route in the Houston area.

Any layovers required: Yes

Regional area of coverage: South Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi.

Required experience: 1 year of CDL B CMV driving experience.

When travel is expected, Airgas will pay for any hotel accommodations, flights or car rentals. All ANC trucks are day cabs so there is no expectancy for layovers in sleeper cabs.

CO2 or any specialty gas experience is a plus but not required.

Airgas National Carbonation specializes in CO2. All ANC trucks are CDL B rated, and slip seats are utilized.

Qualifications

At least 22 years old.

Class B CDL minimum with at least 1 year CMV experience. Experience must be within the last 4 years. No exceptions.

Hazmat and tanker endorsements required.

No preventable accidents of any kind in the last 3 years.

No more than 2 minor tickets in the last 3 years.

No serious violation ticket (speeding 15+, reckless driving, etc.) in the last 3 years. No suspensions of CDL in the last 3 years except for "Failure to pay child support". No DUI in the last 7 years.

High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.

Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds.
