Regional Clinical Reimbursement Consultant

Looking for two Regional MDS Coordinators to travel to multiple buildings in our St. Louis and Kansas City locations.

Position Summary: Regional MDS coordinators report in to the VP, MDS and work with facility MDS staff to complete assessments for all residents and ensure care plans are up to date within a specific time frame in accordance with state and federal regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities:

• create care-plan reports for the staff of the long-term care facility to follow
• monitor and ensure care plans are adhered to
• properly documented residents receive the best care
• Staff oversight

Qualifications:

• MDS experience required
• Management of staff
• LPN or RN required
