Summary:
Provides clinical leadership and administrative direction for the goal development, process implementation, evaluation and operational management of Broward HealthPoint clinical teams. Goal development and implementation must be consistent with Broward Health's mission, organization's strategic plan and resources. The incumbent is accountable and responsible for professional practice, clinical outcomes, human resources management, financial performance, patient experience, marketing and program refinement in response to needs and trends. Areas of responsibility include Broward HealthPoint.

Education:
Essential:
* Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree preferred.

Experience:
* 5-7 years of nursing and clinical management experience.
* Experience working at a Federally Qualified Health Center, or a multi-site ambulatory clinic.

Credentials:
Essential:
* Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida or holds a multi-state nursing license; or able to obtain license prior to start is required.
* Basic Life Support
