Location: AdventHealth Daytona Beach - 301 Memorial Medical Parkway, Daytona Beach, FL 32117

The role you'll contribute:

• Direct the activities of the Clinical Engineering staff, including training and oversight.

• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.

• Formulate and recommend processes, procedures, and programs to increase facility operational efficiency and effectiveness of the Clinical Engineering program.

• Plan, implement and evaluate programs to meet departmental goals and ensure service excellence.

• Mentor, coach and develop Clinical Engineering team members.

Qualifications
The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed :

• Bachelor's degree in management, engineering or technological-related field

• Five years of professional experience in the field of biomedical or clinical engineering in an acute care environment

• Three years of managerial experience in a clinical engineering environment

• Experience in regulatory compliance

• Experience managing financials, contracts, costing and equipment.
