Regional Director of Operations

Luxor Healthcare is looking for a Regional Director of Operations to oversee our MO Nursing Home communities. This position oversees multiple Administrators in the region for regulatory compliance, stability, profitability, and building our culture into a great place to work.

Regional Director of Operations :

• Hire, mentor, and train leadership positions on your team.
• Develop stable and effective teams within our operations.
• Ensure resident and family satisfaction in all of your communities.
• Develop strategic plans to improve culture and profitability within your region.

Regional Director of Operations Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of Nursing Home operational experience required; Multi-facility experience preferred.
• Regional Administrator : 1 year (Preferred)
• LNHA: 3 year (Must)
