Now Hiring: Regional Director of Operations RDO

Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and direction to facility administrators and staff to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple recuperative care facilities, including staffing, budgeting, and quality assurance.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to assess facility performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement best practices in care delivery and service excellence.
• Lead recruitment, training, and development initiatives for facility staff to foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with external stakeholders, including healthcare partners, community organizations, and regulatory agencies.

Requirements for Regional Director of Operations:

• Strong Leadership experience and qualities
• Behavior management experience and/or certification like LSW, MSW, LCSW or the like
• Experience with the homeless population
• Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards individuals from diverse backgrounds, including the homeless population.
• US Army experience a plus
• Experience in the medical field eg. EMT, Paramedic a plus
