Provides extensive leadership and direction to specialty and primary care physician practices. This role is responsible for managing the operational, financial, quality, and regulatory compliance of 10-20 off-site medical practices. Works collaboratively with physicians, practice managers, office managers, staff, TPI leadership, and other support departments to ensure the successful operation of high quality, efficient office practices. This will include the oversight to the day-to-day operations and coordinating through and communicating with the rest of the operations team to ensure the practices are efficient as well as implementing and integrating the overall organizational strategies, policies and procedures.
Education
Bachelors Degree (Required)
Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
Experience
2 Years experience in a supervisory role (Required)
5 Years experience in physician relations, practice management and/or hospital administration (Preferred)
