Summary:
Manages health information management (HIM) processes, including security, compliance, and integrity of the medical record at multiple hospitals/sites. Collaborates with cross-functional departments to implement HIM process improvements that align with organizational objectives and establishes key metrics to track the performance of strategic initiatives. Ensures compliance with all accreditation and governmental regulatory agency standards regarding the organization's maintenance of patient health information.

Education:
Essential:
* Bachelor's degree required.

Experience:
Essential:
* Five years of related HIM management/supervisory experience.

Credentials:
Essential:
* Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA) orRegistered Health Information Technician (RHIT) certification required.
