Summary:
Oversees operation of the laboratory including personnel, equipment, and analytical reports to ensure delivery of laboratory services in support of quality patient care. Ensures that the laboratory operations meet the regulatory requirements from agencies such as, but not limited to, AHCA, CAP, and TJC. Works collaboratively with the medical director to ensure lab services are provided timely and appropriately.
