Regional Operations and Sales Manager

Bath Fitter is seeking a Regional Operations and Sales Manager, or as we refer to as an Area Development Leader (ADL) to guide our Branch Leaders and Business Coaches in enhancing their performance and overcoming obstacles to achieve peak results. In this role, you will spearhead strategies for sales growth, profitability, and performance support, all while embodying our company values and mission.

What region will I support?

This role will support retail locations in Rochester, NY, Syracuse, NY, Bedford, NH, Portland, ME, Hartford, CT, Boston, MA, Burlington, VT. It is important that you live in one of these locations, so you travel 3 weeks and the 4th week you will be at your home branch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Growth & Profitability:
  
  • Oversee budget performance and craft action plans to meet budgetary goals.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to Branch Leaders (BL) and Business Coaches (BC) to achieve Bath Fitter's objectives and operational standards.
  • Analyze key metrics including Closing %, Install budget, Lead to Estimate, and P&L to drive performance improvements.
• Performance Support and Coaching:
  
  • Identify and address learning and development needs of assigned BLs and BCs.
  • Foster open communication and share best practices to enhance the Bath Fitter business model.
  • Implement and uphold Bath Fitter's performance culture, focusing on development, accountability, and recognition.
• Hiring & Staff Development:
  
  • Follow Bath Fitter's HR strategies and best practices.
  • Participate in and assist with interviews for BL and BC roles within and outside the region.
• Calls and Communication:
  
  • Conduct weekly one-on-one meetings to review performance metrics, staffing needs, and operational challenges.
  • Lead monthly calls with all Branch Leaders and Business Coaches to discuss performance, best practices, and corporate service levels.
• Additional Requirements:
  
  • Ensure the cleanliness and professional appearance of Bath Fitter management systems.
  • Adapt to a changing environment and act as a change agent.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership, motivational, and team-building skills.
  • Utilize computer workstations and software efficiently (Zoom, Teams, Skype).
  • Adhere to safety policies, company procedures, and maintain a professional appearance.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of five (5) years of relevant industry experience.
• Degree in business or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in project management, leadership, budget management, employee supervision, and conflict resolution.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to obtain a US Passport.
• Willingness to travel weekly.
