Regional Operations Manager

Textron Specialized Vehicles Inc. is a leading global manufacturer of golf cars, utility and personal transportation vehicles, snowmobiles, side-by-sides, all-terrain vehicles, professional turf-care equipment, and ground support equipment. Textron Specialized Vehicles markets products under several different brands. Its vehicles are found in environments ranging from golf courses to factories, airports to planned communities, and theme parks to hunting preserves.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all service activities meet customer schedules and goals.
• Direct daily, weekly, and monthly performance against established financial goals and metrics and ensure compliance of company policies and procedures at all responsible sites.
• Ensures proper workforce management including headcount, schedules (time off request and attendance), payroll, and employee relations (discipline).
• Coordinate collection of all aging receivables.
• Responsible for maintaining daily invoices, accurate part tracking and inventory levels.
• Develop and implement continues improvement opportunities and employee training needs.
• Drive root cause corrective action problem solving initiatives to achieve improved safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Review and recommend short and long-term resource requirements, capital equipment, facilities expenditures, and ensure adequate supply of tools & equipment.
• Recommend workplace layouts and service methods by auditing operations to improve service flow and reduce costs

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree required
• Years of Experience: 5 or more years of experience in business, customer service, or equipment repair industry
• CDL License preferred, Vocational training certificate or equivalent in work experience. Strong knowledge of Diesel Engines, Electrical systems, Hydraulics, Generators preferred
• Ability to attain airport issued ID badge
• Must possess a valid drives license and must comply with TSV Pool, Fleet, and DOT policies
• Travel Requirement: 50%
