We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Outside Sales Representative to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for growing their market share within the assigned territory by building and maintaining strong relationships with retail partners, driving sales and promoting our client's brand. This role requires a deep understanding of the fashion industry, particularly formalwear, and a proven track record in outside sales.

Regional Outside Sales Representative Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and increase market share within the assigned region
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities with retailers, boutiques and specialty stores
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing retail partners, providing them with product training, merchandising support and marketing materials
  • Conduct regular visits to retail locations to assess product performance, ensure brand consistency and identify opportunities for growth
  • Present new product lines, seasonal collections and promotional campaigns to retail partners, highlighting key features and benefits
  • Collaborate with the marketing and merchandising teams to develop tailored promotional strategies that align with regional market trends and customer preferences
  • Monitor competitor activity, market trends and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and product development
  • Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts and market analyses to management
  • Attend industry events, trade shows and fashion expos to represent the company, network with potential clients and stay informed on industry trends
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing and terms with retail partners to maximize profitability and ensure mutually beneficial relationships

Regional Outside Sales Representative Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion or a related field is preferred
  • 5+ years of outside sales experience, preferably within the uniforms or formalwear industry
  • Strong knowledge of formalwear, including fabrics, trends and styling
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively and travel extensively within the assigned territory
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • A keen eye for fashion, attention to detail and a passion for the industry
