Regional Sales Manager (Capital Asphalt, IL, MO, KS)

* A client of Insight Global is looking to hire a Regional Sales Manager to support IL, MO, KS. This individual will be responsible for building existing/new relationships with customers seeking asphalt terminals, thermal/heating industrial system installations/upgrades, etc.
* They will be responsible for the entire sales process including the: intake call with the customer, development of the scope and specifications, preparation of the proposal, touchpoints and meetings with the customer, and communication with internal team to start the refining process.
* They must also market the capital equipment at various events including trade-shows, asphalt expos, etc.
Expected travel 3 days/week within the region, but travel days are flexible.

Required Skills & Experience
* Bachelor's degree in engineering, civil engineering, construction science, etc.
* Previous asphalt/concrete equipment sales experience or a degreed individual looking into sales
* ERP experience, oracle preferred
* Willingness to travel within region
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
