The Regional Sales Manager acquires, maintains, services and grows Maggiano's banquet and catering sales accounts. Our Regional Sales Managers must be highly organized, detail-oriented leaders who thrive on proactive salesmanship. Must be an effective and self-accountable problem solver with the ability to multi-task.

Regional Sales Manager Responsibilities:
- Solicit new and past banquet and catering guests through prospecting along with cold/warm calls
- Maintains and expands customer base by building and maintaining rapport with key accounts, identifying new customer opportunities
- Effectively attempt to attain weekly, monthly, annual sales goals
- Achieves regional sales objectives by contributing regional sales information and recommendations for strategic plans; preparing and completing action plans, etc
- Adapt to frequent changes of systems and workload regularly

Requirements
Regional Sales Manager Requirements:
