Regional Sales Manager, Industrial

Seeking an individual to fill the role of a Regional Sales Manager based at our corporate office in Pennington, NJ. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for a wide range of sales and marketing activities, focused on managing and growing existing along with new business development. This individual will report to the Sales & Marketing Manager. This position is 100% in office (not remote).

Schedule: Full time, Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week (flexible schedule)

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Regional sales and marketing activities, including managing and growing existing accounts
• Utilization of CRM software to prospect, quote, and close sales
• Network, prospect, and provide content marketing via LinkedIn and other social media
• Occasional travel required within designated region
• Prospect via a proprietary database
• Develop new business via targeted accounts and markets
• Forecast for the region
• Coordinate cost estimating for new proposals
• Interact with Sales, Engineering, and Production
• Process sales orders

Skills/Qualifications:

• BS/BA Degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline a plus
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Computer literate with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, TEAMS, and CRM
